Torrey Stella Barnhill
Executive Director
Torrey knew from a young age that she wanted to help families tap into resources that could help them overcome challenges. From working with at-risk kids, managing events for L’ete Du Vin and The Heritage Foundation, to her current role as the Executive Director of Friends of Franklin Parks, she has dedicated her life to making her community a better place. Torrey was raised in small-town Humboldt, Tennessee, and acquired a degree in social work from Middle Tennessee State University. She is an amazing leader in our community, mother, and wife, and in her spare time fosters dogs in need. She hopes to continue improving the quality of life for those in her community through her work with FOFP!
Kellie Baker
Community Events Manager
Kellie has lived in Franklin for the past 20 years and loves engaging with members of the community to help raise awareness and funds for preserving and enhancing our local parks and trails. Early in her career, she was a Corporate Meeting Planner and then spent over a decade helping people find their dream homes as a licensed Realtor. She felt drawn back to the event planning world and with her appreciation for non-profit organizations is thrilled in her rewarding role here at FOFP. She is the proud mom to two adult sons and two cats.
Katie Murphy
Communications & Outreach Manager
Katie is a Franklin native and a proud graduate of Battle Ground Academy. She went on to earn degrees in Political Science and Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago. During her time in college, she interned with the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce, where she gained hands-on experience in marketing and event coordination.
Following graduation, Katie returned to her hometown and joined the team at YOUR Williamson magazine. There, she played a key role in social media, photography, writing, and event coverage, while also strengthening her ties within the local community.
In April 2025, Katie joined Friends of Franklin Parks as the Community Events and Operations Coordinator. She is deeply committed to the organization’s mission and values the opportunity to give back to the community that raised her.
Anna Grace Caesar
Operations and Community Engagement Coordinator
Anna Grace is proud to call Franklin, Tennessee her hometown. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas, with a minor in Communications. Prior to joining Friends of Franklin Parks, she gained professional experience interning on Capitol Hill, as well as two years in donor relations and development for the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas.
Anna Grace joined Friends of Franklin Parks in June 2026 in Operations & Community Engagement. In this role, she is involved in the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing board communications and supporting the organization's development committee initiatives. Her favorite part of the job is working out of the historic Hayes House.
Outside of the office, Anna Grace is engaged to Henry, a fellow Franklin native, and the two share a lifelong love for their hometown. She's the oldest of four siblings and treasures the time she spends with her family. She loves Franklin and the state of Tennessee, and remains a proud Arkansas Razorback at heart.
