Raise the Roofs 2026
Friends of Franklin Parks celebrated 15 years of Raise the Roofs on August 22, 2026, with an unforgettable evening at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm. This year’s “Year of the Horse” celebration brought together friends, supporters, community partners, and longtime champions of Franklin’s parks for an evening honoring the people and partnerships that have shaped our work over the past 15 years. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, Raise the Roofs 2026 raised an outstanding $500,000 to support Friends of Franklin Parks and our continued investment in Franklin’s parks, trails, and public spaces. The evening also celebrated Susan Smallwood as the recipient of the newly renamed Judy Hayes Volunteer Legacy Award and rallied support for the future City Hall Park, with silent auction proceeds dedicated to its signature fountain. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this milestone year one to remember and who continues to invest in the future of Franklin’s parks.
