LIVE MUSIC
Hippies & Cowboys
Hippies And Cowboys are a powerhouse rock ’n’ soul band out of Nashville, TN, built on grit, groove, and the raw electricity of classic Southern rock—revived with a modern edge. Their sound fuses deep-pocket soul, blues, and rock ’n’ roll, channeling icons such as Aerosmith, The Allman Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks and others.
Rooted in tradition and sharpened by the road, Hippies And Cowboys cut their early recordings in legendary rooms including FAME Studios, Muscle Shoals Sound, and East Avalon—capturing the same spirit that shaped generations of American music. Their debut release, Live at Fox and Locke (2023), bottled the raw, no-holds-barred energy of their live show and quickly earned critical acclaim. The follow-up EP, Fork in the Road (2024), doubled down with a gritty, hard-hitting collection of songs that showcased their deep Southern roots, tight musicianship, and fearless songwriting. A live double album and full concert film are slated for release in 2026.
For years, Hippies And Cowboys have served as the house band at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk on Broadway in downtown Nashville—honing an expansive repertoire and a commanding live presence that few bands can match. That foundation has powered their high-octane performances across the country, including major festival appearances at Pilgrimage Festival and Bristol Rhythm & Roots Revival, the 85th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally as well as both WEFest and FloydFest.
Along the way, they’ve shared stages with rock and country heavyweights such as Foreigner, Goo Goo Dolls, Tesla, Blackberry Smoke, Atlanta Rhythm Section, and even Bon Jovi at the grand opening of his Nashville venue.
In 2026, the band continues its momentum with their second tour across Europe—bringing their soul-drenched Southern rock to an ever-growing global audience.
Their first major sync placement through Dana White's Power Slap garnered eyes and ears on the band when their song "Rock All Night" was featured in a recent promo for the growing new sport. Their rise hasn’t gone unnoticed. Hippies And Cowboys have been featured in Rolling Stone, People Magazine, and Paste Magazine, cementing their status as one of the most compelling acts in the modern Southern rock revival. Equal parts throwback and forward-thinking, Hippies And Cowboys are living proof that rock ’n’ roll is alive, loud, and ready for its next chapter.
