A New Gathering for Downtown Franklin
Located at the corner of 3rd Avenue South and Church Street, Franklin City Hall Park will create a new one-acre public gathering space in the heart of downtown Franklin.
Designed as a welcoming place for residents and visitors, the park will feature a central fountain, lawns, gardens, shade trees, trellises, seating and inviting spaces to gather and enjoy downtown.
Friends of Franklin Parks is partnering with the City of Franklin to help bring this vision to life through a $150,000 community campaign supporting the park's central fountain and amenities.
