All proceeds from the Bourbon Raffle will benefit the mission of FOFP. Bourbon Raffle tickets will be sold beginning on July 29, 2024 at 8PM CST until the night of August 17, 2024 at 8PM CST or the sale of 10,000 tickets.
The drawing will take place on 8/17, 2024 at 8:30PM CST at the FOFP Raise the Roof event and livestreamed on the FOFP Facebook live page which can be accessed at www.friendsoffranklinparks.org, at which time the winners will be announced.
There will be 20 winners. “Lot 1” will be drawn first, then “Lot 2” and so forth until all 20 tickets are drawn.
A winning ticket will no longer be eligible for subsequent drawings in this raffle.
Following the announcement via Facebook, winners will have 30 days to claim their prize. Winners will be notified by phone or email.
Each winner must provide proper identification that matches the name and address from the ticket purchase to the satisfaction of FOFP.
Winners can travel to 317 Franklin Road, Frankin, Tennessee 37064 to claim their prize.
In addition, winners that reside 50 or more miles from zip code 37064 may request that their bourbon prize(s) be delivered. *ALCOHOL DELIVERY MUST BE LEGAL IN YOUR STATE, CITY, TOWN, MUNICIPALITY, ETC. FOR THIS OPTION TO BE CHOSEN*. For this to be possible, the delivery point must be in an area deemed legal and within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. FOFP accepts no liability or responsibility regarding the condition of the prize.
Tickets will sell for $100 each and each purchaser must be 21 years of age or older. Tickets may be purchased ONLY through the office raffle website link. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased by a single individual.
Following the purchase of a raffle ticket(s), an email will be sent to the purchaser verifying purchase- winners will be drawn by ticket holder name.
Residents of the continental United States, where not prohibited by law, are eligible. An affidavit of eligibility will be required from each winner. FOFP employees, members of the FOFP Board of Directors, and their immediate family members (family members living in the same home) are not eligible to purchase tickets.
The Bourbon Raffle is void where prohibited.
By purchasing a ticket, each ticket holder releases the FOFP, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind and agrees to hold FOFP harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, and claims by participation in the Bourbon Raffle.
Each ticket holder agrees to his or her name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness being utilized for advertising and publicity purposes without prior approval and without compensation to the ticket holder.
Additionally, purchasing a ticket provides consent to opt-in and receive marketing emails and solicitations from the Foundation. Per the Internal Revenue Service, ticket purchases do not qualify as charitable contributions.
