Live Auction: Wine, Swine & Whiskey Party for 30 People

 

You and 30 friends will gather this fall at Glory Farm, a blueberry farm just south of Franklin on the Natchez Trace, for a whole hog roast with a few twists.

First, the food, Tyler Brown has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation and his culinary peers as one of the best chefs in America, and he'll be preparing side dishes on the open fire while you relax with a selection of paired wines with a sommelier from the Bottle Shop. And whiskey from Leiper's Fork Distillery will be flowing as well.

Second, this isn't just any pig -- these Meishans are like the Wagyu version of pork, super-premium, highly marbled, succulent meat that will be unlike any barbecue you've ever tasted.
